Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service
  • Drive retail performance and sales through effective team management and operational excellence
  • Oversee and manage key retail KPIs including P&L, stock control, and audit procedures
  • Keep the team updated on technical product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries
  • Create a store environment that showcases the brand's outdoor products and promotes a positive shopping experience
  • Report to the Area Manager on performance, sales, and team development

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A passion for the outdoors and a love for outdoor products is essential
  • Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
  • Track record of driving retail sales and improving store performance through excellent leadership
  • Experience with managing KPIs, P&L, and team development
  • Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential - we value passion and dedication!
