Job Title: Hotel Director – Northwest Portfolio

Location: Manchester or Liverpool Hotel Locations

Salary: c£110K +Bonus and Company Car

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hotel Director - Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operations of multiple hotels across the Northwest, ensuring a consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences

- Lead, motivate, and develop hotel management teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and profitability

- Drive operational and financial performance, ensuring each property meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets

- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand standards, market positioning, and overall business growth

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a long-term focus on future-proofing the business

- Engage with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, innovate service offerings, and elevate the guest experience

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the portfolio stays competitive and future-ready

- Proven experience as a Hotel Director, Area General Manager, or in a senior leadership role within the luxury hotel industry
