Your new companyYou will be joining a leading international real estate investment and property management company, with an excellent reputation for its outstanding working environment and culture. The company is growing at an outstanding rate, and with large plans to advance their dominance in the market, they are looking to grow their hotel portfolio in the UK.Your new roleYou will be tasked with developing and communicating a clear vision and strategic plan for the UK's portfolio, managing relationships with the hotel management company(ies) and franchisors. The role is highly commercial and will develop CAPEX plans in co-ordination with Finance and obtain internal approvals. The role will need you to monitor the day-to-day operations of all hotels within the group to ensure achievement of financial targets and cash flow, and so much more.What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous and compelling experience in the hotel sector, within an operationally focused role.
