About the Role:

Our client is thrilled to offer an engaging opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant. This role presents the chance to be part of a vibrant finance team, delivering crucial financial data accurately and promptly. The successful candidate will have the privilege of preparing multiple monthly management accounts for UK and European offices, supporting intercompany processing, and assisting with external audits.

In this role, you'll also handle intercompany transactions, support high-stakes audits, and gain invaluable international exposure working with a highly skilled team. With full mentorship from a dedicated Financial Controller, you'll have expert guidance and the support you need to accelerate your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full end-to-end management account packs, including P&L reports
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset registers
  • Assist with external audits and intercompany processing
  • Oversee overhead invoices and expenses
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Proven experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with intercompany transactions, P&L reports, and fixed asset management
