Our client is an independent, multi-sited Accountancy practice based in Manchester and they require an Audit & Accounts Senior. The Audit Senior position within the company represents an excellent opportunity for career progression. Ideally, you'll be ACCA or ACA qualified or close to with good all around experience within audit assignments and accounts preparation. The role offers a great salary up to 45,000, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and clear routes of progression to manager/RI level.
Audit & Accounts Senior Job Overview
- Lead audits from planning through to completion
- Supervising and providing feedback to audit assistants
- Accounts preparation for non-audit limited companies
- Reviewing accounts preparation
- 50% audit, 50% accounts preparation
With this exciting role, there is the opportunity to work with their cross office Audit group on larger, complex multi-national audit assignments.
Audit & Accounts Senior Job Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist
- A highly competent individual with several years' experience within a practice environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable applicants must be able to drive
Audit & Accounts Senior Salary & Benefits
- 45,000 per annum (circa)
- 35 hours per week (option to work 4 days per week)
- 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
