Our client is an independent, multi-sited accountancy practice based in Manchester and they require an Audit & Accounts Senior. The Audit Senior position within the company represents an excellent opportunity for career progression. Ideally, you'll be ACCA or ACA qualified or close to with good all-around experience within audit assignments and accounts preparation. The role offers a great salary up to £45,000, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and clear routes of progression to manager/RI level.
Audit & Accounts Senior Job Overview- Lead audits from planning through to completion
- Supervising and providing feedback to audit assistants
- Accounts preparation for non-audit limited companies
- Reviewing accounts preparation
- 50% audit, 50% accounts preparation
With this exciting role, there is the opportunity to work with their cross-office Audit group on larger, complex multi-national audit assignments.
Audit & Accounts Senior Job Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist
- A highly competent individual with several years' experience within a practice environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience within an independent firm preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable applicants must be able to drive
- £45,000 per annum (circa)
- 35 hours per week (option to work 4 days per week)
- 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
