Role responsibilitiesAs an Audit Semi Senior, you’ll lead and deliver high-quality audit and corporation tax compliance services for a diverse client portfolio. Your role will involve:
- Developing robust audit plans by identifying risks, assessing controls, and understanding client objectives
- Executing audit plans efficiently, delegating tasks, and managing audit teams on-site
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing feedback and fostering development
- Drawing conclusions and preparing reports with recommendations for system and control improvements
- Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality work and responsive service
- Working within regulatory frameworks to deliver compliant audit assignments

Candidate requirements- ACA/ACCA part-qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in audit practice, including high-quality audit delivery
- Experience working with SME clients across sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and lifestyle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, and SUMIFS)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust client relationships
- A team player with a focus on collaboration and professional growth
- £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
