Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Supervise and support junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Ensure audits comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Identify risk areas and suggest practical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist).
- Previous experience leading audits within an accountancy firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
