Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Supervise and support junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Ensure audits comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Identify risk areas and suggest practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist).
• Previous experience leading audits within an accountancy firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
