- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with accounting principles.
- Producing Quarterly Management Accounts & Year End Accounts.
- Utilise accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel for efficient financial management.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide organisational planning.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in financial accounting or a related field within the financial services sector within Real Estate.
- Proficiency in accounting software including Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA) are advantageous but not mandatory
