  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements for this role:
  • Proven experience in financial accounting or a related field within the financial services sector within Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA) are advantageous but not mandatory
