We have been appointed to find a Client Accountant for a huge client who are going through extreme growth, who are looking to appoint driven, ambitious Client Accountants to their Client Management teams.
Client Accounting - The Job:
- Reporting to clients, ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met.
- First point of contact for any client queries, providing support where needed.
- Internal point of contact for surveying teams working closely to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Maintain/Overseeing the housekeeping of property leases and data, through financial databases.
- Management of client cash-flow and funding.
- Assist with Adhoc tasks as and when required.
- Annual service charge reviews and liaising with asset managers and service charge teams to ensure completing within best practice guidelines.
- Attending client meetings.
- Working cross function with internal finance teams.
Client Accounting - Experience:
- Someone with a solid background in Financial and Technical reporting.
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
- Service Charge experience is a must.
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders, up and down - internally.
- Ability to manage clients - externally.
- Ideally someone who is AAT qualified at a minimum or QBE.
- Strong analytical skills of all ledgers is a must.
