We are working on an exclusive basis with a global healthcare client looking to hire a finance professional with strong analytical, finance business partnering and management accounting skills.

The role:

You will work closely with and engage with key stakeholders to provide a high level of commercial and financial support. We require a 'hands-on’ individual able to assist during a busy period for the existing finance team.

Key duties include:

  • Attend monthly senior leadership teams to provide key analysis on recent past performance and challenge future performance.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Educate to ensure financial processes are understood and adhered to.
  • Attend meetings to challenge the financials and discuss work in progress.
  • Prepare and review monthly reporting.
  • Support junior members of the finance team.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will possess strong excel skills and ideally be qualified or part-qualified. You will be results focused with a high level of confidence and credibility, enjoy problem solving and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
