Job Title: Costs Draftsman
Salary: Up to 40,000
Hours: Full Time
Location: Manchester City centre, 1 day in the office a week.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant Housing Disrepair files from inception to completion, including drafting bills, budgets, and associated documentation, as well as preparing for detailed assessment hearings and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive cost drafting experience, preferably over 3+ years, with proficiency in drafting HDR Bills/Schedules and conducting cost issues research. Experience in working directly with clients to obtain instructions and proficiency in using CostsMaster.
The office is ideally located in a central area with easy access to public transport. There is no requirement to be in the office more than once a week, unless you prefer to work from the office more frequently.
