EL/PL Technical Auditor An EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for a Technical Auditor role with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. De to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an EL/PL Technical Auditor to join their Casualty department. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of Employers' and Public Liability claims. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement across the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits of EL/PL claims to assess compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Identify any areas for improvement in case handling, providing constructive feedback to teams.
  • Analyse claims trends and provide recommendations to improve technical quality and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Technical Leads and Team Managers to develop and implement best practices.
  • Support and mentor fee earners and other colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise in EL/PL claims.
  • Assist in preparing reports on audit findings, including insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Keep up to date with legal developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting EL/PL claims.
