- Conduct in-depth technical audits of EL/PL claims to assess compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Identify any areas for improvement in case handling, providing constructive feedback to teams.
- Analyse claims trends and provide recommendations to improve technical quality and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Technical Leads and Team Managers to develop and implement best practices.
- Support and mentor fee earners and other colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise in EL/PL claims.
- Assist in preparing reports on audit findings, including insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Keep up to date with legal developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting EL/PL claims.
