Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We're looking for a finance administrator to join our Co-op finance team, on temporary basis to assist with a variety of admin tasks. It's a dynamic job. And you can be sure that no two days will be the same.
As a finance administrator, you'll follow a repeat process and work closely with our customer service, finance, and branch teams. We'll look to you to manage your own workload and make sure all tasks are completed on time - but you'll be fully supported by the rest of the team. If you can bring us the financial and administrative experience we need, we can offer you the chance to gain valuable experience with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy.

What you'll do
Complete any refund processes
Inputting all actions and data accurately into our finance and administrative system
Answer general queries emails from our customer service and branch teams and support them in the resolution of any issue
Work closely with the wider team, supporting on different projects and helping other team members when needed
Keep our systems up to date and accurate
Contribute to our continuous improvement strategy and share your ideas
