Over the past five years, the organisation has experienced rapid growth and anticipates reaching an impressive annual revenue milestone within the next five years. Alongside significant organic expansion, the company has also successfully acquired several other businesses.
Your new roleThe Finance Business Partner role is a dynamic and commercially focused position. You will collaborate closely with various non-finance teams to drive performance and profitability. This role is pivotal in shaping the business direction and spearheading the introduction of new products and services to customers. With a diverse range of responsibilities, you will provide strategic decision support and engage in numerous ad-hoc projects, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will work extensively with the sales department, ensuring a comprehensive approach to business growth and success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record of influencing senior-level stakeholders
- Expertise in aiding strategic decision-making
- Skilled at conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA/QBE qualified accountant
