The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer include:
- Reconciling all financial transactions
- Ensuring safe receipt and handling of cash
- Processing orders and allocating to relevant budget holder
- Contacting parents to ensure payments for trips
Profile
The successful Finance Officer should have:
- Experience working in a finance setting
- Knowledge of financial procedures, including order and invoice processing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
