Your new companyAn award-winning, high-growth property construction and real estate business based in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Financial Controller to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will lead the finance department and support the Managing Director and CEO in growing the business and expanding their local and international property portfolio. Their diverse portfolio spans the UK, Asia, Europe, and the USA. Your new role

  • Monthly reporting and managing financial controls
  • Stakeholder management, liaison with local authorities and non-finance directors
  • Lead the finance department and manage a team of 5.
  • Support the Managing Director and CEO in strategic growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the expansion of the property portfolio across various regions.
  • Assist with preparation of year-end annual accounts and coordination of audit and dealing with the auditors.
  • Maintaining details cashflow report to enable the company to effectively manage its cash balance.
  • Corresponding with HMRC.
