The UK business consists of regional delivery centres, main offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham, providing customers with Building Energy Management solutions direct to customers as well as strategic partners.

We are currently seeking an accomplished finance professional with technical expertise to drive the financial operations of the business.

The successful candidate will be ACCA qualified with experience of operating in a similar leadership role within a growth environment.

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the central finance function.

Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and reporting

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports, including Cashflow forecasts

Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls

Ensure compliance with UK GAAP.

Coordinate and manage the work with external auditors during the audit process.

Analyse financial information and provide recommendations to support management decisions.

Train and develop the central finance team to maintain high levels of competence and quality.

Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and tools


Previous experience of managing a team, expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and analysis.

Proficiency working with advanced ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365 and advanced Excel. Audit experience a distinct advantage as would experience within a similar sector such as BMS, managed services or FM
