As an Internal Auditor, you will be part of a small, dynamic team responsible for ensuring the financial compliance and governance of our organization. Your work will span across our care services nationwide and our Head Office departments.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct proactive internal finance audits of social care services and Head Office departments.• Lead reactive fraud and financial abuse investigations.• Contribute to policy reviews related to client and corporate finances.• Deliver finance training sessions.• Enhance systems for both corporate and client finances through continuous improvement.• Develop and implement fraud awareness campaigns across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:• Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation with excellent organizational skills.• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to form effective relationships across the organization.• Numeracy and Communication: High level of numeracy, excellent written communication skills, and effective report writing.• Training & Investigation: Capability to conduct training sessions for small groups and manage financial investigations sensitively and appropriately.• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Additional Information:• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9-5 with negotiable flexibility).• Travel: Travel is required, including occasional overnight stays (expenses covered).• Driving Licence: A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
