As a Management Accountant, you will work within the Group function to help develop and implement new processes relating to the existing business and future M&A. You will have an eye for continuous improvement and help bring new ideas to the table and turn them into a functional, detailed process. This role is suitable for a newly qualified Accountant who has either trained within Industry or Practice.

My client are a private equity backed, services business who have experienced a large amount of growth over the past couple of years and have just embarked on a period of further growth, which will include future acquisitions.
Description
- Ownership of the month-end accounts for your area
- Standardising month end reporting and anticipating any queries the wider team may team
- Transforming existing processes such as balance sheet reconciliations so they run more efficiently
- Assisting with the development of the Assistant Accountants
- Taking a lead on transforming processes and procedures, with attention to detail to relevant accounting standards
- Ad hoc duties expect of a Management Accountant
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- This role will suit someone newly qualified from Practice or Industry looking for their next career move
- Strong attention to detail
- strong Excel, analytical and communications skills
- Track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture and the ability to challenge existing processes and methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with different colleagues and external stakeholders
