I am currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join my clients finance team in Central Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making

  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments

  • Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors

  • Maintain and develop financial systems and processes to improve efficiency

  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support

  • Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop
