A B Corp Property Management company are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their growing Finance Team. Reporting into the Finance Director your role will support the property development arm and the investment entity, key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Preparing multiple entity management accounts
  • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process working closely with asset management and operations teams
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and monitor performance against these projections
  • Business partner with development managers to assess the financial implications of potential new property acquisitions or disposals, including investment appraisals
  • Monitor and manage cash flow across the portfolio, ensuring funds are available for operational requirements and investment

Suitable candidates must have experience in management accounting, preferably within the property investment/management sector, be working towards an accounting qualification and want to be part of a business who wants to do well by being good.
