Michael Page are seeking a diligent and capable Management Accountant with a strong aptitude in finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing month end financials, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:
- Generation of the monthly management accounts & commentary to senior stakeholders
- Generation of the monthly forecast & commentary
- Review & analysis of the accounts & forecast to understand key variances and opportunities for improvement
- Review of stock & costing processes
- Identification of process improvements and efficient ways of working
- Interaction with other key departments within the business
Profile
The successful Management Accountant will be:
- Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
- Have a proven track record within a manufacturing business
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Have strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc)
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
