- Prepare the management accounts for December 2024 including P&L, fully reconciled balance sheet, and cash flow statement;
- Ongoing bookkeeping from January 2025, ensuring accurate records and managing the input of financial transactions, including:
- Process purchase and sales invoices;
- Daily reconciliation of the bank account;
- Prepare payment runs;
- Will be working with Sage 50 and Cin 7 warehouse management system (prior experience of WMS is not required);
- Assistance with VAT return, tax compliance and statutory reporting;
- Assist with preparation of FY25 budgets; and
- Provide recommendations on the improvement and streamlining of financial processes and controls.
- Part qualified (ACCA or CIMA) or QBE
- Proven experience of working in a retail management accounts function
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Be well organised, analytical and confident in relaying financial information
- Be eager to grow along with the finance function
- Have good management and leadership skills
- Be a committed team player who can work effectively, to tight deadlines
