- Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts pack.
- Take responsibility for the balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
- Manage intercompany postings and reconciliations between 3 entities.
- Maintain the Fixed asset register.
- Support and assist with sales tax and corporation for the US.
- Assist with Credit Card and Expenses processing.
- Assist with the processing of sales and purchase invoices where needed.
- Assist with year-end audit, providing evidence and resolving queries.
- Support with and implement continuous improvement to processes
- Assist the Finance Manager and the team with ad-hoc tasks as and when they arise
- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Strong excel skills (eg. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc) – these may be tested on 2nd interview.
- Experience in a similar Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role with strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping,
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise workload
- Enthusiastic and confident when liaising with the team and other non-finance colleagues.
- Able to use own initiative to solve problems
- Have a desire to develop and progress in a fast paced growing business
