A large corporation in Manchester city centre is seeking a Record to Report / RTR Accountant for a 10-month maternity cover contract.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.
This hybrid role requires working 2 days in the office each week and involves reporting to the RTR Lead in a team of 12.
Key responsibilities include month-end reporting, journal entries, bank and cash postings, intercompany recharges, and reconciliations.
Candidates should ideally be fully qualified or qualified by experience, with knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS being highly desirable.

I'm currently working with a growing, large corporation in Manchester city centre to recruit a Record to Report / RTR Accountant on a 10 month contract to cover maternity leave

10 month contract

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on qualification & experience)

Hybrid - 2 days in office per week

Reporting to RTR Lead, working in a team of 12

Responsible for month-end reporting for several entities, this would include:

Journal entries
Bank and cash postings
Intercompany recharges
General ledger / sub-ledger and account reconciliations
Fixed asset accounting
Tax accruals & VAT returns

Ideally you will be fully qualified or qualified by experience, but part-qualified will also be considered.

Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is highly desirable
