Senior Financial Controller - Manchester.

As a Senior Financial Controller, you will provide high-quality financial management to senior stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports across business units, ensuring accuracy and clarity for senior management.
- Manage the balance sheet to accurately reflect the company's financial position.
- Oversee bank accounts and cash flow forecasting, collaborating closely with the Managing director.
- Enhance the internal control environment by identifying and implementing improvements.
- Lead financial management services for central functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with processes such as audits is successfully delivered.
- Provide effective leadership and development.
- Implementation of appropriate financial controls and governance and driving continuous improvement of accounting practices

You bring extensive experience in accounting along with a recognized professional qualification. Your ability to connect effectively with all levels of management and staff showcases your strong interpersonal skills. you also possess a high level of IT proficiency, particularly. Your exceptional organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a keen attention to detail. With a flexible mindset, you adapt swiftly to changing situations, and your outstanding communication skills facilitate clear and effective information sharing.
- Ideally the candidate to be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, however candidates with exceptional experience will be considered Effective liaison with all management and staff levels
