As Senior Management Accountant you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team, whilst reviewing the month-end activities as well as having involvement in the budgeting and forecasting for the business, and business partnering with the wider business, such as marketing, commercial and legal.

Description
- Mentor and manage a small team of 2 to 4 people
- Communicate with department heads around the business to provide meaningful insights and commentary on the accounts
- Support with the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Management of the cash flow process and reports
- Be the main point of contact with the auditors and support the Head of Finance in producing the year-end statutory accounts
- Get involved in wider annual projects across the business which will give you the opportunity to have close contact with operations
- Take responsibility for the submission of VAT returns
- Payroll analysis
Profile
- ACA/CIMA/ACA qualified
- This role would be suitable for a 1st time mover from Practice or someone who has trained within Industry
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience would be useful
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
