Forge Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-established business within the property industry who have an exciting opportunity for a property accountant to join their team.
Located in Central Manchester, our client is offering hybrid working competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working across a small team of Property Accountants, you will be responsible for a small portfolio of commercial and residential properties including service charge reporting & budgeting as well as:
- Manage a Portfolio of properties - including working across Annual Service Charge Budgets
- Service Charge Accounts - including preparation and process invoices
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in regards to any queries / audit schedules
- Manage all Expenditures including Accruals & Prepayments to produce budgets and reports
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Audit Schedules
What we are looking for:
- Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience working across Service Charge and Property Accounting
- Residential and Commercial Property experience needed
- Strong IT Background - experience of TRAMPS software would be advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills including VLOOKUP's / Pivot Tables
- Positive Attitude and team player with high attention to detail
- Solid communicator
