We are excited to be partnering with a dedicated International Charity company based in Greater Manchester, North West, who is seeking a passionate and skilled Permanent Systems Accountant. Our client has a large Worldwide presence, committed to making a positive impact within communities across the globe. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Finance Systems Development and Projects, who want to contribute their skills to a meaningful cause.
THE JOB
- Manage and enhance financial systems to support accurate reporting and compliance.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems upgrades and implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet operational needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support for staff regarding financial systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to financial systems and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a Systems Accountant role or similar
- Strong knowledge of Finance Systems Development and UAT processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage projects effectively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
- A proactive approach with a commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement
THE OFFER
