Role Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and other personal tax clients
  • Providing strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and residency matters
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of complex personal tax returns and computations
  • Mentoring and developing the tax team to ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence
  • Managing and growing the personal tax portfolio by building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new business
  • Working collaboratively with other senior team members to provide integrated solutions across all service lines
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining a high standard of technical knowledge
  • Leading tax advisory projects, including HMRC investigations, succession planning, and other ad hoc assignments

  • CTA qualification or an equivalent professional tax qualification
