Forge Talent are currently working with a global manufacturing business in the Trafford area to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee the month-end closing process
- Analyse variances in group costs
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Handle invoice processing and reporting
- Reconcile balance sheets
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations
- Contribute to KPI reporting efforts
Requirements:
- Capable of working flexibly while managing multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in IT tools and systems
Salary & Benefits:
- £27,000-29,000
- Hybrid working after probation period (3 office/2 home)
- Flexitime around core hours
- Early finish Friday
