- Managing cash applications for the business.
- Setting up all client payments through the internal system in line with Ops team requests.
- Ensuring on account cash is kept below an agreed level through liaising with the Operations team/Client contacts.
- Managing daily cash processes.
- Ensuring all cheques received through the post are banked in a timely manner.
- Contacting clients/debtors to clear on account cash that has no remittance
- Supporting ad hoc efficiency projects relating to cash and banking processes.
- Operating within the company's data protection policies and procedures.
- Operating within the company's compliance policies as relevant to the role.
- Operating within the company's HR policies and company handbook.
- Experience working within Finance desirable but not essential if you have worked in an Office Environment and have a desire to work in Finance.Â
