Your new companyA vibrant and successful company both in the UK and overseas, specialising in commercial property.Your new roleReporting to the FD you will take responsibility for the accounts payable, processing invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements and payment runs. You will also perform bank reconciliations, process expenses and process the sales ledger invoicing and cash allocations. The position will also require you to assist with recharge analysis, general bookkeeping and assist with month-end routines and the wider finance team.What you'll need to succeedWith current experience of accounts payable/accounts assistant duties, you will enjoy working in this hands-on position, looking to take ownership of your daily tasks and be able to show adaptability as well as being a team player. Strong IT skills in Excel and, ideally, Xero would be advantageous, and the desire to make a difference and to continue improving the transactional process in this supportive role.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available with one day working from home, along with excellent working conditions in a city centre office close to all transport links.
