Your new companyA growing financial services business based in Manchester City Centre is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person looking to become a qualified Accountant. You will receive clear career progression with full study support. Your new roleOn a day-to-day basis:
- Full responsibility for the sales and purchase ledgers
- Fixed asset registers and data entry into Sage 50
- Assisting with month-end management accounts production
- Weekly payment runs, bank posting and reconciliations
What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience in a similar position.
- Ideally, you will be studying AAT with ambitions to become a qualified accountant
- Sage experience and advanced excel would be an advantage
