An Accounts Payable Assistant is required to work for a leading Media business based in Manchester (hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within Accounts payable in a large and well known media brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Supplier accounts reconciliations
- Setting up supplier payments
- Resolving queries and investigating differences
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Monitor the AP inbox
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Skill set Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable function
- Fast paced and time efficient
- Inquisitive and a problem solver
- Great communication skills
