Orge Talent is collaborating with a private equity-backed business in the FinTech industry to find a Finance Assistant.
The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance background and offers a salary between £30K-£32K.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with the option for hybrid working, including 2 days from home.
Responsibilities include maintaining AP and AR ledgers, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing cash flow forecasts.
The position also offers career progression, study support, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and additional days for personal well-being.

orge Talent is currently working with a great business who are private equity backed and specialise within the FinTech Industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday with 2 days working from home .

Role :

Working across a small team, reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all Transactional Duties to help the wider finance team:

- Maintenance of AP and AR Ledger s

- Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Prepayments / Accruals / Journals etc

- Multiple Bank Reconciliations

- Preparation of Cashflow Forecasts

- Finance Reporting

Profile:

- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a Finance Background

- Studying or AAT Qual would be beneficial

- Strong communicator and team player

- Must want a progressive career within Accounts

- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Package
