- To allocate all receipts daily and investigate any unidentifiable items
- Reconcile the bank statements to the system balance and post any correcting items in a timely
- manner
- Assist in the preparation of month end financial reports
- Generate charges on tenant and leaseholder accounts
- Prepare credit control reports
- Processing supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries and disputes
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
- Finance based degree – 2:1 or above – Finance & Accounting / Economics / Maths
- An enthusiastic, well organised and committed individual with the desire to interact at all levels across a global organisation
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active with a “can do” attitude to tasks and issues that arise
- Ability to take responsibility for delivering to deadlines as required
- Strong communication skills
