Join our high-performing Finance team as a Senior Finance Billing Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in the Billing team, ensuring seamless invoicing and responding to client queries efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process enhancements as they continue to streamline the billing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Raising annual and ad hoc invoices using BQE Core and Sage Intacct.

Generating legal invoices.

Handling billing queries and escalating issues where necessary.

Supporting the Credit Control process.

Assisting team members with best practices and training.

Collaborating with wider business areas on billing-related tasks.

Managing and distributing Zendesk tickets within agreed SLAs.

Engaging in audit support and responding to ad hoc requests.

Identifying and recommending improvements to billing processes.
