Job Summary:

Reed are currently working with a well established law firm who are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join thier Conveyancing Department.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
  • Maintain and update the department's database and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client information at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
