About the Role
The firm is looking for a Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support to a busy business services team. This 12-month fixed-term contract is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling emails, correspondence, and document preparation
- Supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and database management
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing proactive support

- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
