Location: Manchester city centre

Salary: 25-27k

SF Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Manchester-based legal services company. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment, particularly in the legal industry. You would be working closely with a high-level partner, so a professional & mature attitude is required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Open files and perform related procedures per the Quality Manual.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering and ID checks as per firm policy.
  • Manage documents and maintain client and matter records.
  • Submit searches via Land Registry and other portals.
  • Assist with and draft SDLT submissions.
  • Liaise with clients when appropriate.
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and online filing tasks.
  • Manage team diaries and organise holiday charts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing team post.
  • Prepare, amend, and manage legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Support fee earners with administrative tasks.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and case management systems extensively.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
