Role: Administrator
Location: Manchester city centre
Salary: 25-27k
SF Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Manchester-based legal services company. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment, particularly in the legal industry. You would be working closely with a high-level partner, so a professional & mature attitude is required.
Main responsibilities:
- Open files and perform related procedures per the Quality Manual.
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering and ID checks as per firm policy.
- Manage documents and maintain client and matter records.
- Submit searches via Land Registry and other portals.
- Assist with and draft SDLT submissions.
- Liaise with clients when appropriate.
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and online filing tasks.
- Manage team diaries and organise holiday charts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing team post.
- Prepare, amend, and manage legal documents with attention to detail.
- Support fee earners with administrative tasks.
- Use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and case management systems extensively.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
