Administrator

Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent administrator. This role is based in Salford Quays. Hybrid working after probation is applicable for 3 days in the office, two from home. Your new roleThis is a customer-focused role. You will be proactive and organised, you will assist the office with full administrative support, you will deal with all enquiries relating to property and lettings. You will follow up on leads, book viewings, answer customer enquires, manage the database, keep up to date with legislation, managing diaries, booking meetings, organising viewings, you will take payments and assist with any other duties required via the wider team. What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be a strong communicator, you will be positive, you will be motivated, a self-starter, you will have strong IT skills, you will be able to work to tight deadlines.What you'll get in returnThis role is paying £23,400 + discretionary bonus, hybrid working, 37.5 hour week, occasional Saturdays, competitive benefits package.
