Centre Support Officer needed in Central Manchester, full time hours, starting asap. This role pays £14 per hour and is for 1-2 months. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?• Manning reception or enrolment room desk on a rota basis• Assisting the enrolment process including helping students to send in the correct documents• Keeping a track of the number of students coming into enrol  • Facilitate pre-arrival calls • Escalate any late arriving students to Student Arrivals Team• Responding to students queries via case management system (Salesforce) • Assist Centre Support Managers with organising and setting up events for the entire student population• Actively support students in any conversation/correspondence to promote international student well-being  • Creating and hosting a variety of online workshops to support students on their student journey • Working with the Personal Tutors to refer students who are struggling academically • Working with learning support team by signposting students who require mental and wellbeing support • Working with the Students Association to deliver engaging student events online and at school locations • Assisting with the co-ordination of inductions and other welcome events ABOUT YOU• A student-centric, service culture attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence in speaking over the phone and face to face • Good customer service skills• Excellent relationship building skills • The ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise workload  • The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative  • Excellent computer/IT skills • Self-motivated
