- Overall administrative support to the department
- Providing PA and Administrative support to department heads
- Maintaining and updating system records with appropriate reference to current date protection
- Proactive organisation and servicing of meetings
- Working alongside the finance department to raise purchase orders and check that invoices are paid
- Co-ordinating organisation events
- Knowledge and experience of providing PA and administrative support
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues
