- Manage the finance inbox, appointing the correct queries to the correct member of the finance team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance operations, including filing, document management, and data entry.
- Review and manage business stationery orders to ensure the office is adequately stocked.
- Provide support to other team members, offering cover as required.
- Assist with various administrative tasks across the finance department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Proven experience in a finance or administrative role (ideally within an office environment) – Desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- An individual looking to study AAT or similar finance qualification – Desirable
