Overview

We are recruiting an adaptable and resourceful candidate who is ready to hit the ground running in a role supporting two directors and the team based in building services. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre in a supportive company the role requires you to complete both PA and administrative tasks so requires a person who is energetic, organised, able to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formatting documents to ensure they adhere to company policy.
  • Organising directors’ diaries, including booking meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and setting reminders.
  • Answering telephone calls and managing communications.
  • Performing general administrative duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing documents).
  • Supporting the Business Support Manager with running the office on a day-to-day basis, helping to complete duties and tasks for the directors and wider team.
  • Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors.
  • Providing support to cover for other regional offices during sickness and annual leave.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Positive attitude.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of data and admin management practices and procedures.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a PA/EA role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system.
