Overview
We are recruiting an adaptable and resourceful candidate who is ready to hit the ground running in a role supporting two directors and the team based in building services. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre in a supportive company the role requires you to complete both PA and administrative tasks so requires a person who is energetic, organised, able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Formatting documents to ensure they adhere to company policy.
- Organising directors’ diaries, including booking meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and setting reminders.
- Answering telephone calls and managing communications.
- Performing general administrative duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing documents).
- Supporting the Business Support Manager with running the office on a day-to-day basis, helping to complete duties and tasks for the directors and wider team.
- Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors.
- Providing support to cover for other regional offices during sickness and annual leave.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Positive attitude.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of data and admin management practices and procedures.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a PA/EA role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience using a CRM system.
