Manchester City Centre

Fully Office Based

We are recruiting for an amazing, experienced PA/Office Administrator to take on a new role in a welcoming and thriving company. Based in the city centre of Manchester, we need someone with a wealth of knowledge and experience to work closely with two of the company’s directors and support the overall team. You will also be responsible for providing general administrative assistance, so knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures is a must. This company has gone from strength to strength and has grown significantly over the last few years, and they are looking for a new team member to grow with them.

Duties Include:

  • Formatting documentation with prior knowledge of GDPR guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Organising directors' diaries, which includes booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
  • General administrative work, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for directors, managing and handling all calls.
  • Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Providing cover for sickness/annual leave for other regional offices on occasion.
  • Liaising and working efficiently with other business support staff across the group.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest compliance and GDPR guidelines.
  • Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors.
