Right to Buy & Right to Acquire Admin Assistant vacancy waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          RTB & RTA Admin Assistant

Location:         Manchester  

Rate:                Negotiable depending on experience

Length:            4 – 6 months  

Hours:              35 hours p/week

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide expertise and support to staff dealing with highly complex and challenging cases, ensuring support mechanisms are in place for customers and employees and appropriate use is made of legal and expert advice
  • Perform administrative tasks, primarily managing the initial stages of the application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling applicant information
  • Work with teams to resolve customer complaints, take responsibility for issues, and collaborate to fix them while learning from mistakes to enhance the customer experience
  • Support and improve RTB and RTA procedures, optimising QL and Documotive systems to track case progress and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
